2To make spicy mayo, combine 4 tablespoons of QP mayo (or regular mayo) with 1 tablespoon of sriracha.
3Add some oil to the Blackstone or skillet.
4Add the diced onions and cook for a couple of minutes.
5Add 1 pound of ground beef to the onions.
6Mix the ground beef into the onions and cook on medium heat until browned.
7Add 4 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of rice vinegar, 1 tablespoon of hoisin sauce, 1 tablespoon of garlic paste, 1 tablespoon of sriracha, 1 teaspoon of ginger, 1/4 teaspoon of salt, and 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper.
8Add 1 pound bag of shredded coleslaw mix (shredded cabbage and carrots) to the ground beef mixture.
9Stir fry until the cabbage is wilted.
10Serve on a plate and drizzle with spicy mayo or Thai sweet chili sauce.
