Directions

  1. 1Cut the Napa cabbage in half.
  2. 2Cut the Napa cabbage into thin strips.
  3. 3Transfer the shredded Napa cabbage to a salad spinner.
  4. 4Rinse the Napa cabbage using the salad spinner.
  5. 5Add the rinsed Napa cabbage to a large bowl.
  6. 6Cut the red cabbage in half.
  7. 7Cut the red cabbage into thin strips.
  8. 8Rinse the red cabbage using the salad spinner.
  9. 9Add the rinsed red cabbage to the bowl with the Napa cabbage.
  10. 10Slice the green onions.
  11. 11Add the sliced green onions to the bowl.
  12. 12Hollow out the cucumbers.
  13. 13Slice the cucumbers.
  14. 14Add the sliced cucumbers to the bowl.
  15. 15Peel and shred the carrots.
  16. 16Add the shredded carrots to the bowl.
  17. 17Shred the rotisserie chicken.
  18. 18Add the shredded chicken to the bowl.
  19. 19For the dressing, combine sesame oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, sugar, food lube, ginger, garlic, lemon juice, and salt to taste in a glass.
  20. 20Blend the dressing ingredients with an immersion blender until smooth.
  21. 21Pour the dressing over the salad in the bowl.
  22. 22Cover the bowl with another bowl and shake to mix the salad and dressing.
  23. 23Serve the salad on a plate.
  24. 24Top with sesame seeds.
  25. 25Garnish with wonton crisps.
