1Add the lean ground beef, diced onion, garlic cloves, chopped coriander, chilies, and seasonings (2 tsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp back pepper, 1 tsp cayenne, 2 tsp salt) to a bowl.
2Mix the ingredients together with your hands until well combined.
3Take a sliced pita bread and fill it with 1/5 of the meat mixture, ensuring an even thickness.
4Spray a griddle pan with cooking spray.
5Place the filled arayes on the griddle pan and cook on medium-high heat for 2-3 minutes on each side until the outside is crispy and the meat is cooked through.
6Slice the cooked arayes in half.
7Serve and enjoy.

Tips
I recommend eating these fresh as they are so good!
If you want to store them, allow to cool first then wrap in foil and store for up to 5 days.
To reheat, unwrap from the foil, microwave for 2-3 minutes to take the chill off then pan toast or airfry to get crispy again, enjoy!
