Whipped Brie Butter
Directions
- 1Remove the rind off a cold brie cheese wheel.
- 2Cut the brie and butter into chunks and let it come to room temperature.
- 3Blend brie, butter and heavy cream in a food processor until smooth and whipped.
- 4Serve with warm baguette slices and apple slices.

- 2 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 pinch course sea salt
