Strawberries Sponge
Directions
- 1Clean and blend the strawberries to obtain a smooth puree.
- 2In a bowl, place the eggs with sugar and whip well with an electric mixer for 4/5 minutes.
- 3Add the strawberries puree and mix with a spatula.
- 4Add flour and baking powder, mix again.
- 5Take 4 paper glasses, make some holes on the bottom and fill them by half with the sponge mix.
- 6Cook in the microwave at full power for 1 minute and a half.

- 30 gr brown sugar
- 35 gr flour
- 2 gr baking powder
- 5 strawberries
