Chick-fil-A Copycat Cheese Sauce

Directions
- 1Start by making a roux with butter and flour on medium heat.
- 2Add heavy cream and stir until it begins to slightly thicken.
- 3Turn heat to low medium and add shredded Swiss cheese and stir until melted.
- 4Add freshly grated Parmesan cheese and stir until well combined.
- 5Season with SPG to taste.
- 6Slowly add heavy cream 1-2 tablespoons at a time until you get the consistency you desire.

- 0.75 cup Heavy cream
- 4 oz Shredded Swiss cheese
- 4 oz Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Tips
- Be sure to shred the Swiss cheese on your own as it melts much easier.
