Take boneless beef cut into small pieces.

Add ginger garlic paste, salt, red chili powder, chili flakes, roasted cumin powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, tikka masala, whipped yogurt, and orange-red food color.

Mix all the ingredients well and marinate.

Add oil in pressure cooker, then add sliced onion and cook until it becomes soft.

Add marinated mutton.

Add water, then close the lid of the pressure cooker.

Take one whistle on high flame then set the flame to low-medium and cook for 40 to 50 minutes.

Open the pressure cooker and check if the mutton is cooked.

Dry the water by setting flame to high.

Take a pan, add butter and let it melt.

Add the cooked mutton and roast it.

Add some coriander leaves.

Mix well and turn off the flame.

Give smoke with charcoal for 5 minutes.

Serve with green chutney, sliced onion, and lemon.

Tips
