Cut the broccoli into florets.

Steam the broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes.

Let the steamed broccoli cool down and then mince it in a mixer.

Transfer the minced broccoli to a bowl.

Add finely chopped onion to the bowl.

Add crumbled paneer to the bowl.

Add finely chopped green chilli, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, salt to taste, roasted cumin powder, and amchur powder to the bowl.

Give all the ingredients a good mix.

Form the mixture into tikkis.

Spread some ghee on a pan.

Pan fry the tikkis properly on both sides until golden brown.

Serve the tikkis with chutney, ketchup, or yogurt.

100 gms Paneer

Ginger garlic paste
Green chilli
Coriander leaves
Salt
Roasted cumin powder
Amchur powder
Chaat masala
2 spoons Besan
Ghee

Tips
You can add 2 spoons of besan if you are not able to form the tikkis.
Serve with some green chutney, ketcup or yogurt.
