Directions

1Mash avocados in a bowl.
2Add boiled eggs, mayonnaise or sour cream, cilantro, Dijon mustard, lime juice, salt and pepper to the mashed avocados.
3Mix all ingredients until well combined.
4Toast the bread slices in a frying pan with butter.
5Spread the avocado mixture over the toasted bread.
6Drizzle olive oil and red pepper flakes over the avocado toast.
