Lasagna spinaci e zucchine
Directions
- 1In a bowl, mix spinach, ricotta cheese, parmesan cheese and salt.
- 2Peel zucchini and slice it lengthwise.
- 3Layer zucchini, spinach mixture and mozzarella cheese in a baking dish.
- 4Repeat layers.
- 5Bake until golden brown.
