Directions
- 1Make a slurry by adding some cornstarch to some whole milk and set it aside.
- 2In a separate bowl, whisk in some cocoa powder, sugar, and a pinch of salt.
- 3Grab some 70% high-quality chocolate and chop it.
- 4Add milk and heavy cream to a pan, bring it to a boil, then lower the heat to medium.
- 5Add the cocoa mixture to the pan and mix until combined.
- 6Add a teaspoon of vanilla and the slurry, making sure it gets thick.
- 7Add the chopped chocolate and mix until it all becomes homogenous.
- 8Shave some chocolate over the top.
