Sheet Pan Enchiladas
Directions
- 1In a large pot, mix seasoned ground beef.
- 2Cut tortillas into triangles.
- 3In a bowl, combine tortillas with seasoned ground beef and enchilada sauce.
- 4Add Chihuahua cheese and mix.
- 5Spread the mixture evenly on a sheet pan.
- 6Form into a flat layer.
- 7Add more cheese on top.
- 8Sprinkle dried parsley and crushed red chili flakes.
- 9Bake at 375°F for 30-40 minutes.
- 10Let it rest, then cut into portions.
- 11Serve with a side salad and crema.
