Directions

  1. 1Open the container of vanilla Greek yogurt and remove the foil lid.
  2. 2Insert the Biscoff cookies vertically into the yogurt, arranging them in the container.
  3. 3Spread the Biscoff spread over the top of the yogurt to create a smooth, even layer.
  4. 4Pour the remainder of the Biscoff spread from the jar over the yogurt surface.
  5. 5Level out the top layer with the back of a spoon to ensure full coverage.

Ingredients

  • 1 container vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 8 whole Lotus Biscoff cookies
  • 1 jar Biscoff spread

Equipment

spoonknife

Tips

  • You can use plain yogurt instead of vanilla if you prefer a less sweet dessert.
  • You may need to warm up the Biscoff spread if it is too stiff to pour easily.
