1Put 3 quarts of water on to boil and add a teaspoon of salt.
2Take two New York strip steaks, freeze them a little bit, and cut them in half.
3Season the steaks with salt and rosemary.
4Heat the pan.
5Once the pan is hot, add the steaks and sear them for 3 minutes.
6After 3 minutes, turn the steaks over and let them sear on the other side for 3 minutes.
7Remove the steaks, cover them with aluminum foil, and let them rest.
8Once you remove the steak, add 2 cups of heavy whipping cream to the pan.
9Add a stick of butter to the cream and let it melt.
10Once the water starts boiling, add the pasta.
11Stir the pasta immediately.
12Slice the steak into thin strips.
13Once the butter melts, add a tablespoon of minced garlic, a teaspoon of Italian seasoning, a quarter teaspoon of salt, and a quarter teaspoon of black pepper to the cream sauce.
14Stir the sauce and let it cook for about 2 minutes.
15Stir your pasta occasionally.
16Cook the pasta until al dente, about 10 minutes.
17Take a half cup of boiling water.
18To the boiling water, add 1 tablespoon of parsley flakes and 1 tablespoon of Slap Ya Mama seasoning.
19Strain the pasta and add it back to the pot.
20After cooking for 2 minutes, add 2 cups of shredded Parmesan cheese to the sauce.
21Stir the sauce until the cheese melts, for about 2 minutes.
22Add the sliced steak to your Alfredo sauce.
23Add the Alfredo sauce and steak to the pasta.
24Add the boiling water mixture to the pasta and sauce.
