Season beef with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add beef strips and sear 1–2 minutes per side.

Remove beef and set aside.

Add peppers and onion to the skillet and cook 3–4 minutes until softened.

Add minced garlic and cook 1 minute.

In a bowl, whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire.

Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet.

Bring to a simmer and stir in the cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.

Return beef to the skillet and coat in the rich pepper steak sauce.

Cook 2–3 minutes until everything is heated through and glossy.

Garnish with red pepper flakes or sesame seeds and serve over rice or noodles.
