Directions
- 1Season beef with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- 2Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 3Add beef strips and sear 1–2 minutes per side.
- 4Remove beef and set aside.
- 5Add peppers and onion to the skillet and cook 3–4 minutes until softened.
- 6Add minced garlic and cook 1 minute.
- 7In a bowl, whisk together beef broth, soy sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire.
- 8Pour the sauce mixture into the skillet.
- 9Bring to a simmer and stir in the cornstarch slurry to thicken the sauce.
- 10Return beef to the skillet and coat in the rich pepper steak sauce.
- 11Cook 2–3 minutes until everything is heated through and glossy.
- 12Garnish with red pepper flakes or sesame seeds and serve over rice or noodles.

- 2 tbsp water (slurry)
