Chop jalapeños and remove seeds, then place them into a bowl.

Take the bottom off the peppers.

Add two pounds of ground beef to a pot over medium-high heat and spread it across the bottom, letting it develop a crust.

Once the meat browns at the bottom, flip it over and chop it up.

Drain excess fat from the meat using a paper towel.

Add peppers and onions to the pot.

After 4 to 5 minutes of cooking the veggies, add garlic and cook until fragrant.

Add about 3 tablespoons of tomato paste.

Season with nature seasoning, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, and about a quarter teaspoon of everything Italian seasoning.

Add fire roasted tomatoes and two cups of rinsed rice, then mix everything.

Pour in 4 cups of beef broth.

Allow the mixture to come to a gentle boil.

Put the lid on and reduce the heat to low.

Cook for 18 to 20 minutes until the rice is fully done.

Once the timer goes off, cut the heat and let it sit to steam for 5 to 10 minutes.
