Egg&Bacon Sandwich

Directions
- 1Place two hard-boiled eggs in a bowl.
- 2Mash the eggs with a fork.
- 3Slice bacon into small pieces.
- 4Add sliced bacon to the mashed eggs.
- 5Add chopped scallions to the bowl.
- 6Add mayonnaise to the mixture.
- 7Add grated cheese to the mixture.
- 8Mix all ingredients together.
- 9Season with salt and pepper.
- 10Mix again until well combined.
- 11Spread the egg and bacon mixture onto a slice of toasted bread.
- 12Place another slice of toasted bread on top to form a sandwich.
- 13Cut the sandwich in half.
