Add 2 teaspoons of Aleppo pepper flakes or regular chili flakes to the honey.
Put the saucepan on the stove on a low heat and bring it up to a simmer.
Once it simmers, turn it off and let it cool completely.
Cut the sweet potatoes straight down the middle, then across, and then into cubes.
Add olive oil to the sweet potatoes.
Prepare taco seasoning by adding 2 teaspoons of oregano, 4 teaspoons of cumin, 4 teaspoons of smoked paprika, 2 teaspoons of onion powder, 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, 2 teaspoons of chili flakes, 1 teaspoon of chipotle chili powder, half a teaspoon of black pepper, and 2 teaspoons of Celtic salt into a jar.
Shake the jar to mix the taco seasoning.
Sprinkle about a teaspoon of taco seasoning over the sweet potatoes and toss to coat.
Chop the seasoned sweet potatoes onto a lined baking sheet.
Bake the sweet potatoes in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 20 minutes to half an hour, or until done.
Once the hot honey has cooled down, add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and mix it in.
Get your pan nice and hot, and chuck in a little bit of olive oil.
Place the beef mince in the hot pan and press it down to get a sear.
Flip the beef mince over and press it down again to sear the other side.
Break up the beef mince and add some of the taco seasoning, then continue cooking until done to your liking.
Once the sweet potatoes are done, add them to a bowl.
Add the taco meat next to the sweet potatoes.
Cut and add avocado to the bowl, placing it in whole.
Add cottage cheese to the bowl.
Drizzle the homemade hot honey over the bowl, especially filling up the avocado.
Add fresh parsley to the bowl as a final touch.
