1Soak your beans overnight and then rinse them before adding them to your pot.
2Brown your beef with your onions.
3Add your seasoning mixes to the beef and onions.
4Stir in the rest of your ingredients (black beans, corn, diced tomatoes, green chiles).
5Add the mixture to your jars, leaving 2 inches of headspace.
6Fill your jars the rest of the way (to 1 inch headspace) with broth.
7Debubble the jars.
8Wipe your rims with white vinegar.
9Add your flats and rings (fingertip tight).
10Pressure can quarts for 90 minutes or waterbath for 3 hours.

Tips

When eating, can heat in microwave or on stove top.
For a casserole, add tortillas, tortilla chips, tater tots, or shredded potatoes to a dish, layer with the jar contents, sour cream, and cheese, then bake.
For a dip, add a brick of cream cheese and more cheese on top, bake, and add cold salsa at the end for dipping chips.
