Prepare the steak with brown sugar, soy sauce, garlic, pepper, and sesame oil.

Prepare the shrimp with garlic and crab soy sauce.

Cook the spinach with salt and sesame oil.

Cook the onion, paprika, shiitake, and carrots separately.

Sear the steak.

Boil the dangmyeon (glass noodles) for 6 to 8 minutes, then strain.

Make the sauce with crab soy sauce, corn syrup, brown sugar, and avocado oil, cooking until thick.

Finish cooking the noodles in the sauce and let them cool.

Combine the cooked noodles with carrots, red pepper, spinach, shiitake, onion, steak, sesame seeds, sesame oil, and shrimp.

Garnish with chives.

Tips
Cook ingredients one at a time to preserve color and flavor.
