Directions

  1. 1Dice your favorite steak and season it with salt, pepper, garlic, Kinder's The Steak Blend, Italian seasoning, paprika, and a little oil.
  2. 2Combine all the seasonings and oil with the steak in a bowl, ensuring the steak is well coated.
  3. 3Let the seasoned steak marinate in the fridge for at least 15 minutes.
  4. 4Boil elbow noodles and add a little chicken bouillon to the water for flavor.
  5. 5Melt butter in a pan, then add an equal part of flour to create a roux for the mac and cheese.
  6. 6Gradually add milk to the roux, stirring constantly, until you reach the desired consistency for the cheese sauce.
  7. 7Add mozzarella and cheddar cheese to the sauce, then season with Lawry's garlic salt and a little paprika, keeping it on medium heat.
  8. 8Pour the cheese sauce over the seasoned noodles, which were seasoned with a little mozzarella and cheddar cheese.
  9. 9Mix the cheese sauce and noodles together until well combined and cheesy.
  10. 10Top the mac and cheese with more cheddar cheese.
  11. 11Bake the mac and cheese in the oven for about 20 minutes.
  12. 12Heat a cast iron pan with olive oil and sear the marinated steak bites hot and fast until they have a nice color, without burning them.
