Season the bottom of the crock pot with salt and pepper.
Place two large chicken breasts into the crock pot.
Add about half a jar of chopped sun-dried tomatoes on top of the chicken.
In a separate container, mix the juice of two lemons, a couple of tablespoons of the oil from the sun-dried tomatoes, paprika, Italian seasoning, and a big scoop of garlic.
Pour the mixed sauce over the chicken in the crock pot.
Slice a lemon and lay the slices over the top of each chicken breast.
Cover the crock pot and cook on high for 3-4 hours or on low for 6-8 hours.
Once cooked, discard the lemon slices from the top of the chicken.
Pull out the chicken and shred it.
Place a pound of angel hair pasta (or spaghetti) in the bottom of the crock pot.
Pour in a can of chicken stock.
Fill the empty chicken stock can about three-quarters of the way with heavy cream and add it to the crock pot.
Add about a cup of water to the pasta (not shown, but mentioned in text overlay).
Return the shredded chicken on top of the pasta.
Cover and cook on high for another half hour, stirring halfway through.
Serve and enjoy.
