Directions

  1. 1Panaskan minyak. Masukkan telur.
  2. 2Rajang daun bawang, bawang merah dan cabai.
  3. 3Masukkan teri ke dalam wajan.
  4. 4Cincang bawang putih.
  5. 5Tumis bawang putih, daun bawang, bawang merah, dan cabai.
  6. 6Tambahkan kaldu jamur, garam, sedikit ajinomoto dan gula.
  7. 7Masukkan telur rebus.
  8. 8Aduk hingga rata.
  9. 9Sajikan di atas nasi.

  • 1 handful teri
  • 1 small bunch leek
  • 1 small red onion
  • 3 red chili
  • 3 green chili
  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 2 tablespoons mushroom broth
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ajinomoto
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 5 boiled eggs
  • 1 bowl rice
