Directions

  1. 1Haluskan cabe kering yang dibeli di pasar.
  2. 2Di minyak dingin, api mati, masukkan bawang putih dan jahe yang sudah diparut.
  3. 3Nyalakan api.
  4. 4Jika minyak sudah berbuih dan panas, baru masukkan cabe fresh.
  5. 5Tetap dalam kondisi api mati, terakhir masukkan cabe kering.
  6. 6Aduk-aduk lalu tambahkan bumbu.

Ingredients

  • cabe kering (dried chilies)
  • cabe fresh (fresh chilies)
  • minyak (oil)
  • bawang putih parut (grated garlic)
  • jahe parut (grated ginger)
  • bumbu (seasoning)

Tips

  • Use fresh chilies for extra spiciness.
  • Season the chili oil well so it doesn't taste flat.
