Unbox the Indomie noodles.

Take out the Indomie noodle packs.

Place the bell pepper on a chopping board.

Slice the bell pepper into thin strips.

Finely chop the green bell pepper.

Prepare the garlic butter paste by adding garlic cloves, chili flakes, and chili powder to a mortar.

Grind the ingredients into a paste using a pestle.

Add oil to a pan and heat it.

Add the prepared garlic butter paste to the heated pan.

Stir-fry the garlic butter paste for 1 to 2 minutes.

Add the chopped bell peppers and sliced red chilies to the pan.

Add dark soy sauce to the vegetables in the pan.

Cover the pot to bring the water to a boil.

Add the Indomie noodles to the boiling water.

Stir the contents in the pan with a wooden spoon.

Add a splash of hot noodle water to the pan.

Add the boiled noodles to the pan with the sauce and vegetables.

Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well coated.

Garnish with chopped chives.

Serve the garlic butter Indomie in a bowl.
Ingredients
2 Indomie packs
1 bell pepper
1 fresh red chili
1 handful chopped chives
1 tsp dark soy sauce
Indomie seasoning
8 garlic cloves
1 tsp red chili powder
0.5 tsp chili flakes
0.5 tsp sugar
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tbsp oil

Tips
For garlic butter paste:Blend or smash garlic with chili powder, chili flakes, and sugar. Mix in melted butter.
Cook the aromatics:In a pan, heat 1 tbsp oil. Add the garlic butter paste and sauté on medium heat for 1–2 mins.
Add veggies:Toss in sliced bell pepper and red chili. Cook for another 2 mins.
Season:Add soy sauce, Indomie seasoning, and a splash of hot noodle water. Let it simmer for 1–2 mins.
Combine:Add the boiled noodles. Stir-fry everything for 1 min till well coated.
Garnish & serve:Sprinkle chopped chives on top and enjoy!
You can use more than 8-9 garlic cloves for the garlic butter paste.
You can choose to use fresh red chili or not.
Add a splash of hot noodle water to the pan while simmering the sauce.
Stir-fry until all ingredients are well coated with the sauce
