Directions
- 1Place four thin-sliced chicken breasts in a baking dish.
- 2Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and paprika.
- 3Flip the chicken and season the other side.
- 4In a bowl, combine a can of cheddar cheese soup with about a third of the can's volume in milk.
- 5Add a little paprika and pepper to the cheese sauce mixture.
- 6Stir in a big handful or two of shredded cheddar cheese into the sauce.
- 7Add a splash more milk to the cheese sauce.
- 8Spoon about half of the cheese sauce over the chicken.
- 9Steam the frozen broccoli florets for seven minutes in the microwave.
- 10Tear up some of the bigger broccoli pieces and spread the steamed broccoli over the chicken.
- 11Spoon the remaining cheese sauce over the broccoli and chicken.
- 12Crush a pack of Ritz crackers in a bowl.
- 13Drizzle two tablespoons of melted butter over the crushed Ritz crackers and mix.
- 14Sprinkle the cracker and butter mixture over everything in the baking dish.
- 15Bake uncovered in an oven preheated to 350°F (175°C) for 27 minutes.
