Directions

  1. 1Season thin chicken breasts with garlic salt and pepper.
  2. 2Spread store-bought pesto on both sides of the chicken.
  3. 3Place fresh mozzarella slices on top of the pesto-coated chicken.
  4. 4Slice beefsteak tomatoes and place on top of the mozzarella.
  5. 5Lightly season with salt and pepper.
  6. 6Sprinkle fresh basil on top.
  7. 7Bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C).

  • 4 thin chicken breast
  • 1 pinch garlic salt and pepper
  • 1 jar pesto
  • 8 slices fresh mozzarella
  • 1 beefsteak tomato
  • 1 handful fresh basil
