Pesto Chicken
Directions
- 1Season thin chicken breasts with garlic salt and pepper.
- 2Spread store-bought pesto on both sides of the chicken.
- 3Place fresh mozzarella slices on top of the pesto-coated chicken.
- 4Slice beefsteak tomatoes and place on top of the mozzarella.
- 5Lightly season with salt and pepper.
- 6Sprinkle fresh basil on top.
- 7Bake in the oven at 400°F (200°C).
