Directions
- 1Chop the celery into small pieces.
- 2Cook and mix all ingredients in a pot: celery, tomato sauce, cherry wine, water and pasta.
- 3Strain the mixture.
- 4Add 10 cl of the strained mixture, 5 cl of vodka to a mixing glass.
- 5Mix well.
- 6Strain the mixture into a glass with ice.
- 7Add burrata foam, dry tomato powder, and basil.
