Directions
- 1Place sourdough bread slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
- 2Drizzle olive oil over the bread.
- 3Massage the olive oil into the bread.
- 4Put the bread under the grill to toast it up.
- 5Take the toasted bread out of the oven.
- 6Spread fresh tomato sauce on top of each toasted bread slice.
- 7Add mozzarella cheese on top of the tomato sauce.
- 8Place ham pieces over the mozzarella.
- 9Add cut-up pineapple chunks on top of the ham.
- 10Put the pizza toasts back into the oven to melt the cheese.
- 11Take the finished pizza toasts out of the oven.
- 12Serve the pizza toast on a plate.
- 13Garnish with basil on top.
- 14Grate fresh parmesan cheese over the pizza toast.
