Directions

  1. 1Place sourdough bread slices on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
  2. 2Drizzle olive oil over the bread.
  3. 3Massage the olive oil into the bread.
  4. 4Put the bread under the grill to toast it up.
  5. 5Take the toasted bread out of the oven.
  6. 6Spread fresh tomato sauce on top of each toasted bread slice.
  7. 7Add mozzarella cheese on top of the tomato sauce.
  8. 8Place ham pieces over the mozzarella.
  9. 9Add cut-up pineapple chunks on top of the ham.
  10. 10Put the pizza toasts back into the oven to melt the cheese.
  11. 11Take the finished pizza toasts out of the oven.
  12. 12Serve the pizza toast on a plate.
  13. 13Garnish with basil on top.
  14. 14Grate fresh parmesan cheese over the pizza toast.
