7-Grain Sweet Rice Soup

Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients except sugar and milk in a pot with water.
- 2Simmer the mixture until the grains and beans are soft and creamy.
- 3Add sugar and milk to taste.

- 1/4 cup white rice
- 1/3 cup black beans
- 1 handful red dates
- 1 small handful goji berries
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds
- 3 cup water
- sugar (optional)
- 1 cup milk
