Directions

  1. 1Preheat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2Make six stacks of pepperoni, 1/6 of the cheese, 1/6 of the sausage, and 1/6 of the bacon. Sprinkle with Italian herb seasoning.
  3. 3Bake for 8 minutes.
  4. 4Remove from oven, let cool for 2 minutes, then roll up each stack.
  5. 5Serve immediately with Buttermilk Ranch Dressing or marinara.

  • 2 cups whole milk mozzarella
  • 6 pepperoni slices
  • 0.25 cup cooked Italian sausage
  • 0.25 cup cooked bacon
  • 1 pinch Italian herb seasoning
  • 1 serving Buttermilk Ranch Dressing or marinara
