Pork Bites

Directions

  1. 1Cube the pork chops into bite-sized pieces.
  2. 2Season the pork with garlic and herb seasoning, onion and herb seasoning, and pepper.
  3. 3Add cornstarch to the seasoned pork and toss well.
  4. 4Melt butter in a large skillet over medium to high heat.
  5. 5Whisk together honey, balsamic vinegar, soy sauce, chicken broth, minced garlic, and cornstarch in a bowl.
  6. 6Add the pork bites to the hot skillet.
  7. 7Cook the pork for 3 minutes, flip, and cook for another 3 minutes, then toss for 1 minute.
  8. 8Pour the sauce into the skillet and boil until thickened.
  9. 9Serve over white rice and sprinkle with green onions.

  • 1/2 stick butter
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp minced garlic
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • to taste white rice (optional)
  • to taste green onions (optional)
