Whisk together one and a half cups of all-purpose flour, two-thirds cup of packed brown sugar, one cup of graham cracker crumbs, and one teaspoon of baking powder.
Add one cup of melted butter and get that all combined.
Transfer the crust to the bottom of your 9 by 13 prepared pan.
Set that to the side and get a large bowl.
Combine four cups of shredded coconut, two cans of sweetened condensed milk, two teaspoons of vanilla extract, one teaspoon of almond extract, two bottles of drained and halved maraschino cherries, and two cups of milk chocolate chips.
Let’s get this on the crust.
Sprinkle some chocolate chips on top.
Bake into the oven of 325 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
Leave them in their pan to hang out on a wire cooling rack for about an hour.
Pop them in the fridge so they firm up a bit before I remove them to cut them.
