Batata Harra with Herby Tahini Yogurt

Directions

  1. 1Peel the potatoes.
  2. 2Cube the potatoes.
  3. 3Soak the cubed potatoes in cold water.
  4. 4Pat the potatoes dry. This helps them crisp up beautifully.
  5. 5Spray the potatoes with avocado oil and season with salt.
  6. 6Air fry the potatoes until golden perfection.
  7. 7Chop garlic for the sauce base.
  8. 8Chop parsley for the sauce.
  9. 9Slice a lemon for the sauce.
  10. 10In a bowl, combine Lebanese yogurt, tahini, lemon juice, parsley, and garlic paste and mix well.
  11. 11In a pan, add avocado oil, garlic paste, chili flakes, tomato paste, and lemon juice to deglaze.
  12. 12Chop cilantro.
  13. 13Toss in your crispy potatoes.
  14. 14Finish with a final sprinkle of cilantro.
  15. 15Plate the herby tahini yogurt.
  16. 16Add the spicy potatoes on top of the yogurt.
