Add ginger garlic paste to the mutton keema.

Add salt to taste.

Add yellow chilli powder (2 spn).

Add garam masala (1 spn).

Add red chilli powder (2 spn).

Add roasted jeera powder (2 spn).

Add chopped onion (50 grm).

Add chopped coriander roots (30 grm), green chilli (50 grm), ginger (20 grm), and garlic (10 grm).

Crush coriander (2 spn) and cumin seeds (2 spn) in a mortar and pestle.

Add the crushed coriander and cumin seeds to the mixture.

Add roasted chana powder (3 spn).

Add desi ghee (100 grm) to the mixture.

Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.

Stuff the keema mixture with cheese.

Shape the mixture into koftas (meatballs).

Deep fry the koftas in hot oil until golden brown.

Serve the fried koftas with a squeeze of lemon and fresh coriander.
