Eid Special Mutton Kofta Kabab

Directions

  1. 1Add ginger garlic paste to the mutton keema.
  2. 2Add salt to taste.
  3. 3Add yellow chilli powder (2 spn).
  4. 4Add garam masala (1 spn).
  5. 5Add red chilli powder (2 spn).
  6. 6Add roasted jeera powder (2 spn).
  7. 7Add chopped onion (50 grm).
  8. 8Add chopped coriander roots (30 grm), green chilli (50 grm), ginger (20 grm), and garlic (10 grm).
  9. 9Crush coriander (2 spn) and cumin seeds (2 spn) in a mortar and pestle.
  10. 10Add the crushed coriander and cumin seeds to the mixture.
  11. 11Add roasted chana powder (3 spn).
  12. 12Add desi ghee (100 grm) to the mixture.
  13. 13Mix all the ingredients thoroughly.
  14. 14Stuff the keema mixture with cheese.
  15. 15Shape the mixture into koftas (meatballs).
  16. 16Deep fry the koftas in hot oil until golden brown.
  17. 17Serve the fried koftas with a squeeze of lemon and fresh coriander.
