For the spicy peanut sauce, add all listed ingredients into a bowl and stir until smooth.

Chop up vegetables like cabbage, carrots, and cucumber for crunch and volume.

Rinse the tofu noodles using a strainer.

Marinade the chicken breast with ground chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Oven bake the chicken with baking paper, no need to add oil.

Assemble the dish by placing tofu noodles, chopped vegetables, and sliced oven-baked chicken in a bowl.

Pour the spicy peanut sauce over the assembled ingredients.
