Directions

Remove the stem and seeds of some fresno chili peppers.

Chop up the fresno chili peppers.

Grind the chopped fresno chili peppers.

Add a little bit of sugar and salt to the ground chili peppers.

Mince some garlic.

Toast some dried chilies and some dried Sichuan peppercorns.

Once the toasted chilies and peppercorns cool down, grind them into a fine powder.

Heat some avocado oil.

Add in the minced garlic to the hot oil.

Let the garlic simmer until it looks golden.

Add in the fresh chili paste, the toasted chili mix, and sugar.

Let it all simmer for about two minutes.

Turn off the heat.

Finish it off with some soy sauce.

Add black vinegar.

Add sesame oil.

Tips
Feel free to keep some seeds if you like a more spicy flavor.
Dried chilies and Sichuan peppercorns burn easily, so keep an eye on them.
