Directions

  1. 1Place a disc of masa on plastic wrap and add a handful of cheese.
  2. 2Fold the masa over the cheese and press to flatten using a tortilla press.
  3. 3Cook the flattened masa on a griddle until golden brown.
  4. 4Spread refried beans over the cooked masa.
  5. 5Add a scoop of cooked meat.
  6. 6Top with lettuce, crema, more cheese and salsa verde.

Ingredients

  • 1 masa
  • 1 handful queso
  • 1 scoop frijoles
  • 1 scoop carne
  • 1 handful lechuga
  • 1 drizzle crema
  • 1 sprinkle queso
  • 1 drizzle salsa verde
