Directions

  1. 1Place 4 blocks of cream cheese in a slow cooker.
  2. 2Add 4 cans of drained southwest corn.
  3. 3Add 16 ounces of sour cream.
  4. 4Add about half a cup of Tajin seasoning.
  5. 5Chop a bunch of cilantro and add it to the slow cooker.
  6. 6Cover and cook on low for 2 to 3 hours.
  7. 7Give it a good mix halfway through.
  8. 8Add more Tajin seasoning to taste.
  9. 9Mix well and serve.

  • 4 cans southwest corn
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 bottle Tajin seasoning
  • 1 bunch cilantro
