Directions
- 1Start with a pot on a stove and add butter.

- 3Add diced green chilies.
- 4In a separate bowl, smush the queso fresco.
- 5Add smushed queso fresco to the bowl.
- 6Add cottage cheese to the bowl.
- 7Add cowboy butter to the corn and chili mixture.
- 8Add pepper jack cheese to the corn mixture.
- 9Turn the burner off and add the corn mixture to the bowl with the cheeses.
- 10Give it a good stir and enjoy!
