Directions

  1. 1Start with a pot on a stove and add butter.
  2. 2Add fire roasted corn.
  3. 3Add diced green chilies.
  4. 4In a separate bowl, smush the queso fresco.
  5. 5Add smushed queso fresco to the bowl.
  6. 6Add cottage cheese to the bowl.
  7. 7Add cowboy butter to the corn and chili mixture.
  8. 8Add pepper jack cheese to the corn mixture.
  9. 9Turn the burner off and add the corn mixture to the bowl with the cheeses.
  10. 10Give it a good stir and enjoy!

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 can canned fire roasted corn
  • 1 can diced green chilies
  • 0.5 block queso fresco
  • 0.75 container cottage cheese
  • 1 cup pepper jack cheese
  • 2 tablespoons cowboy butter
