Smoked Street Corn Dip

Directions

  1. 1Place two blocks of Philadelphia cream cheese in an aluminum pan.
  2. 2Add two cans of drained Baja style corn blend.
  3. 3Add a quarter cup of sour cream.
  4. 4Add 16 ounces of pepper jack cheese.
  5. 5Add a bunch of diced cilantro.
  6. 6Add Tajin seasoning.
  7. 7Mix everything.
  8. 8Cook in a smoker at 225°F for two hours, giving it a good mix halfway through.
  9. 9Alternatively, you can cook it in the oven at 350°F for half an hour, giving it a good mix halfway through.
  10. 10Or cook it in a crock pot on low for two hours, giving it a good mix halfway through.
  11. 11Top it with crumbly cheese (cotija or feta) and more Tajin.
