Directions

  1. 1Place bell pepper rings in a cast iron skillet.
  2. 2Add ground beef to the bell pepper rings.
  3. 3Smash the ground beef into the bell pepper rings using a meat press.
  4. 4Add caramelized onions on top of the meat.
  5. 5Add cheese on top of the onions.
  6. 6Cook until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  7. 7Transfer the cooked bell pepper taco bites to a wooden board.
  8. 8Add a dollop of sour cream on each taco bite.
  9. 9Drizzle hot sauce on top of the sour cream.
  10. 10Garnish with cilantro.

  • 6 bell pepper rings
  • 6 caramelized onions
  • 6 cheese
  • 6 sour cream
  • 6 hot sauce
  • 1 handful cilantro
