Directions

  1. 1Add corn into the slow cooker.
  2. 2Place blocks of cream cheese and pepper jack cheese into the slow cooker.
  3. 3Squeeze Miracle Whip into the slow cooker.
  4. 4Add sour cream to the mixture.
  5. 5Sprinkle cilantro and chili powder over the ingredients.
  6. 6Pour milk into the slow cooker.
  7. 7Cover the slow cooker with its lid and allow the dip to cook.
  8. 8Once cooked, remove the lid and stir the dip until well combined.
  9. 9Serve the Mexican Street Corn Dip with tortilla chips.
