Directions

  1. 1Boil 1 lb tomatillos and 2 jalapeños until translucent.
  2. 2Place the boiled tomatillos, 1 cup of water, half a cilantro bunch, 3 garlic cloves, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1 tablespoon of chicken bouillon in a blender.
  3. 3Blend until smooth.
  4. 4Stir in chicharrón and heat in a pan.

  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp chicken bouillon
  • 1 serving chicharrón
