Directions
- 1Caramelize chopped onions until they get golden brown.
- 2Add leek and celery.
- 3Add garlic and bell pepper.
- 4Add brown sugar.
- 5Add balsamic vinegar.
- 6Add dry mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
- 7Add chopped chipotle pepper adobo sauce.
- 8Add tomatoes and ketchup.
- 9Add salt and pepper.
- 10Add hot chili pepper.
- 11Add beef stock.
- 12Let it cook for a while.
- 13Use an immersion blender to mix everything.
- 14Add liquid smoke.
- 15Strain the sauce.

- 3 drops liquid smoke
