Blackened Salmon & Asparagus

Directions

  1. 1Prepare the salmon by piercing it with a fork and spraying it with cooking spray.
  2. 2Season the salmon with blackened seasoning, ensuring it is thoroughly coated.
  3. 3Massage the seasoning into the salmon.
  4. 4Spray a frying pan with cooking spray and place the seasoned salmon fillets in it, ensuring they are flat.
  5. 5Cover the pan with a lid and cook the salmon for 4 minutes.
  6. 6Flip the salmon fillets.
  7. 7Cover the pan again and cook for about 3 minutes.
  8. 8Uncover the pan.
  9. 9Add Kerrygold butter to the pan.
  10. 10Glaze the salmon with the melted butter.
  11. 11Spray another pan with cooking spray.
  12. 12Add asparagus to the pan.
  13. 13Season the asparagus with salt and pepper.
  14. 14Stir the asparagus to ensure even cooking.
