Directions

  1. 1Cut the kielbasa into slices.
  2. 2Chop the onion.
  3. 3Dice the carrots.
  4. 4Add oil to a pot and brown the kielbasa.
  5. 5Add butter to the pot and saute onions, carrots, and garlic.
  6. 6Add salt and pepper.
  7. 7Add chicken broth and heavy cream.
  8. 8Add the browned kielbasa and beans to the pot. Stir.
  9. 9Simmer until heated through.
  10. 10Garnish with parsley.

  • 1 package kielbasa
  • 1 onion
  • 1 cup carrots
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 cups chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 cans beans
  • 1 tablespoon parsley
