Directions
- 1Grab chicken mince or ground chicken.
- 2Add 2 tsp onion powder, 1 tbsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp mustard powder, 1 tbsp chilli powder, and 1 tsp cayenne pepper to the chicken mince.
- 3Mix all the ingredients together.
- 4Form three even patties (150g each) with wet hands.
- 5Place the patties on baking paper.
- 6Place the patties in the freezer for 5 minutes.
- 7On a plate, add 40g breadcrumbs, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp paprika, and a dash of cayenne pepper (optional).
- 8Mix the breadcrumbs and seasonings together.
- 9Take the patties out of the freezer and coat them evenly in the breadcrumbs.
- 10Spray the coated patties with light cooking oil spray.
- 11Air fry at 190 degrees Celsius for 12-15 minutes or bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15-18 minutes.
- 12While the chicken is baking, mix together 45g light/fat-free mayonnaise, 2g mustard, and 1/2 tsp garlic powder for the sauce.
- 13Grab your toasted Aldi brioche buns.
- 14Add the chicken patty and lettuce to the bottom bun.
- 15Spread 16g of the McChicken sauce on the top bun.
- 16Assemble the burger by placing the top bun on the lettuce and chicken patty.

- 1.67 Toasted Aldi Brioche Bun
- 1.67 Chicken Patty
- Lettuce
- 26.67 g Sauce
