Grab chicken mince or ground chicken.

Add 2 tsp onion powder, 1 tbsp smoked paprika, 1 tsp mustard powder, 1 tbsp chilli powder, and 1 tsp cayenne pepper to the chicken mince.

Mix all the ingredients together.

Form three even patties (150g each) with wet hands.

Place the patties on baking paper.

Place the patties in the freezer for 5 minutes.

On a plate, add 40g breadcrumbs, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1 tsp paprika, and a dash of cayenne pepper (optional).

Mix the breadcrumbs and seasonings together.

Take the patties out of the freezer and coat them evenly in the breadcrumbs.

Spray the coated patties with light cooking oil spray.

Air fry at 190 degrees Celsius for 12-15 minutes or bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15-18 minutes.

While the chicken is baking, mix together 45g light/fat-free mayonnaise, 2g mustard, and 1/2 tsp garlic powder for the sauce.

Grab your toasted Aldi brioche buns.

Add the chicken patty and lettuce to the bottom bun.

Spread 16g of the McChicken sauce on the top bun.

Assemble the burger by placing the top bun on the lettuce and chicken patty.

Tips
