Directions

  1. 1Goreng sosej yang sudah dipotong.
  2. 2Angkat sosej, toskan & biarkan sebentar.
  3. 3Dalam pan yang sama, kurangkan minyak, tumis bawang besar & bawang putih sehingga naik bau.
  4. 4Ketepikan bahan tumis.
  5. 5Masukkan telur.
  6. 6Bila telur dah hampir masak, gaul sebati semua bahan.
  7. 7Masukkan sos tiram, sos tomato, sos cili dan kicap manis.
  8. 8Masukkan sedikit air.
  9. 9Masak sebentar.
  10. 10Masukkan sosej yang telah digoreng.
  11. 11Masukkan daun bawang dan cili merah.
  12. 12Masak sebentar sehingga semua bahan sebati.

  • 1 pack sosej
  • 2 biji telur
  • 0.5 biji bawang besar
  • 2 ulas bawang putih
  • 3 sb sos tiram
  • 4 sb sos cili
  • 4 sb sos tomato
  • 2 sb kicap manis
  • sedikit air
  • daun bawang
  • cili merah
