Dice the chicken thighs into cubes.

Mince red Thai chilies and garlic.

Make the sauce by combining light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, fish sauce, chicken broth, and Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener in a measuring cup.

Cook the chicken in a pan on high heat for 3-4 minutes, seasoning with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

Add the minced garlic and chilies to the chicken and sauté for a few minutes.

Pour the sauce over the chicken, garlic, and chilies.

Once the sauce thickens and coats the chicken, add the Thai basil.

Serve the chicken over steamed jasmine rice with a fried egg on top.

1 cup Thai basil leaves, packed
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 teaspoons dark soy sauce
2 teaspoons fish sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
0.25 cup broth or water
2 tsp Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener
